According to XDA member Yoshi_Guy, Android 6.0.1_r22 Marshmallow Turbo v3.3 [Layers] ROM is released for AT&T LG G3 D850.
Turbo ROM is a custom Android ROM based on the latest Android Marshmallow (6.0.1_r22). Sourced from a straight AOSP/CAF base, the ROM is now extremely feature rich and has lots of customization options.

•Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the Recovery Mode.
